Solar First Group Helps Global Green Development with Successful Grid Connection of Solar-5 Goverment PV Project in Armenia

On October 2, 2022, the 6.784MW Solar-5 government PV power project in Armenia was successfully connected to the grid. The project is fully equipped with Solar First Group’s zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated fixed mounts.

After the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual average power generation of 9.98 million kilowatt hours, which is equivalent to saving about 3043.90 tons of standard coal, reducing about 8123.72 tons of carbon dioxide and 2714.56 tons of dust emissions. It has good economic and social benefits and can contribute to global green development.

It is known that Armenia is mountainous, with 90% of the territory reaching over 1000 meters above sea level, and the natural conditions are harsh. The project is located in the mountainous region of Axberq, Armenia. Solar First Group provided the best tilt angle fixed bracket products to take advantage of the sufficient light conditions in the area. After the completion of the project, the owner and the contractor gave high praise to Solar First Group for the fixed bracket and the PV project solution.

Soalr First Group’s PV business covers Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa and other regions. The Group’s photovoltaic mounts are globally applicable and have withstood the test of users. The reliable product quality and efficient and intelligent photovoltaic power generation solutions will lay a solid foundation for Solar First Group to enter more countries and markets in the future.

New energy, new world!

Note: In 2019, Solar First Group supplied its mounting system for the largest commercial solar power plant then in Armenia — 2.0MW (2.2MW DC) ArSun PV project.
