In order to meet the requirements for photovoltaic power generation installation, if the roof of existing buildings is reinforced and transformed, 10% of the cost of reinforcement and transformation will be rewarded, and the maximum reward amount for a single project will not exceed 0.3 yuan per watt of its installed photovoltaic capacity.
