The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development stated that the specifications released this time are mandatory engineering construction specifications, and all provisions must be strictly implemented. The relevant mandatory provisions of the current engineering construction standards shall be repealed at the same time. If the relevant provisions of the current engineering construction standards are inconsistent with the specifications released this time, the provisions of the specifications issued this time shall prevail.
The “Code” makes it clear that solar energy systems should be installed in new buildings, the designed service life of the collectors should be higher than 15 years, and the design service life of photovoltaic modules should be higher than 25 years.

If the relevant provisions in the current engineering construction standards are inconsistent with this code, the provisions of this code shall prevail.
