01 Product Description
The Horizon D Series tracker is designed for high adaptability to uneven terrain with a gradient difference of up to 15% in the N-S direction. Its 2P module design significantly reduces the number of required pile foundations to approximately 140 pieces per MW, lowering overall costs.
The system is compatible with 182mm and 210mm cell modules and features an obstacle-free layout between independent trackers for easy construction and maintenance. Its reliability is enhanced by an independent control system that monitors operation and identifies fault points to minimize power output loss. Smart tracking technology adjusts the tilt angle based on terrain and weather data to increase energy generation. System stability is ensured through exclusive structural design and rigorous wind tunnel testing.
The principal structure is made from hot-dip galvanized or Zn-Al-Mg coated steel with a mean coating thickness of ≥80μm. It utilizes a slew drive system and supports various foundation types, including PHC, cast-in-place pile, and steel pile.
