▶ Wind-resistant structure:

The assembly consists of three locking points: the rail-to-clamp connection, the clamp-to-sheet grip, and the screw-to-purlin anchoring. This creates a rigid mechanical interlock, effectively transferring pull-out forces directly to the building’s mainframe.

▶ Multiple-point sealed waterproofing: 

Each penetration point is equipped with a high-density EPDM sealing washer and a neoprene gasket. Under compression, these materials expand to seal the drill hole, preventing capillary water ingress and offering a waterproof lifespan of up to 10 years.

▶ Corrosion resistance: 

The use of marine-grade AL6005-T5 aluminum (with a 15-micron anodized layer) and SUS304 stainless steel components ensures resistance to ammonia and sulfur dioxide commonly found in livestock or industrial atmospheres.

Q1: Is it compatible with the trapezoidal shape of my metal roof?

A: Please send us the specific dimensions/profile of your trapezoidal metal sheets. Our technical team will then review them and recommend a suitable mounting solution.

Q2: Is there a risk of the roof leaking after installation?
A: Our system is designed with waterproofing as a priority. We include specially formulated EPDM sealing rings that are compressed between the screw head and the metal sheet. This creates a permanent, weather-tight seal that outlasts standard rubber gaskets.

Q3: Does this kit include the screws for the purlin?
A: Yes, the package includes all necessary self-drilling screws or hex bolts designed to penetrate the steel sheet and embed into the steel purlin below. The hardware kit is complete as shown in the product image.

Q4: What is the difference between this penetrating clamp and a non-penetrating clamp?
A: Non-penetrating clamps (or compression clamps) rely on friction and weight. Our penetrating clamp provides a positive mechanical bond with the building structure. It is the recommended solution for regions with typhoons, hurricanes, or high wind speeds, offering significantly higher uplift resistance.

Q5: Can these clamps be used with any solar rail?
A: The top channel of the clamp is designed to accept standard T-bolts or slot nuts. If you have a specific rail brand, please confirm the slot width with us beforehand, or we can supply compatible mounting rails as a complete system.
